لتأكيد ما إذا كان جهاز Mac يستخدم معالج Intel أو Apple Silicon:

1. انقر على أيقونة Apple في الزاوية العلوية اليسرى من الشاشة
2. اختر "حول هذا Mac"
3. في النافذة المنبثقة، تحقق من معلومات "الرقاقة أو المعالج". إذا بدأت بـ Intel، فهي معالج Intel، وإلا فهي معالج Apple Silicon

   After downloading the macOS installer, open the .dmg file and drag VPN into Applications.

   Paste the command below into Terminal and press Enter. Enter your Mac login password when prompted; characters will not appear while typing. Press Enter again when finished.

   If macOS still blocks the app, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway in the Security section. If it says the app is damaged, download the latest installer again and repeat the command above.

   

If you cannot open VPN on macOS, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to the Security section, and click Open Anyway.

لتأكيد ما إذا كان جهاز الكمبيوتر الذي يعمل بنظام Windows يستخدم معالج x64 أو ARM64 أو x86 (32 بت):

إذا تعذر على التطبيق الاتصال بعد التشغيل على Windows، فعادةً ما يقوم جدار حماية Windows Defender بحظره. الحلول:

الطريقة الأولى: إضافة استثناء عبر لوحة التحكم

1. اضغط Win + S وابحث: لوحة التحكم
2. انتقل إلى: النظام والأمان → جدار حماية Windows Defender
3. على اليسار، انقر: السماح لتطبيق أو ميزة عبر جدار حماية Windows Defender
4. في الزاوية اليمنى العليا، انقر: تغيير الإعدادات
5. انقر: السماح لتطبيق آخر
6. انقر: استعراض واختر ملف .exe الخاص بك (المسار الافتراضي: C:\Users\<المستخدم>\AppData\Local\VPN\QingZhou.exe)
7. بعد الإضافة، حدد: خاصة وعامة (إذا كنت بحاجة إلى الوصول إلى الشبكة الخارجية)
8. انقر: موافق

الطريقة الثانية: إنشاء قواعد في جدار حماية Windows Defender مع الأمان المتقدم

1. اضغط Win + S وابحث عن 'جدار حماية Windows Defender مع الأمان المتقدم' وافتحه
2. انقر على 'قواعد الوارد' على اليسار → انقر على 'قاعدة جديدة' على اليمين
3. اختر: برنامج → التالي
4. اختر 'مسار هذا البرنامج'، واستعرض لاختيار ملف .exe الخاص بك → التالي
5. اختر: السماح بالاتصال → التالي
6. حدد: المجال، الخاص، العام (عادةً الكل) → التالي

You can download and install VPN for Android as follows:

1. Open the official download page and choose Android.
2. Download the Android installation package to your phone or tablet.
3. Open the downloaded APK file from your browser downloads or file manager.
4. If Android asks for permission to install unknown apps, allow it for the current browser or file manager, then continue the installation.

Some browsers or systems may save the APK file with a .zip extension. Handle it as follows:

1. Do not unzip the file.
2. Open the file manager and rename the downloaded file, changing the suffix from .zip to .apk.
3. Tap the renamed .apk file to install it.
4. If you cannot rename it, download it again or use another browser to download the APK.

Due to policy reasons, VPN is not available in the China App Store. You can download it by:

1. You need a non-China Apple ID (e.g., US, Japan, Hong Kong, etc.)
2. Switch to the non-China account in the App Store
3. Search for 'VPN' to find and download it
4. If you don't have an overseas Apple ID, you can search online for tutorials on how to register a free overseas Apple ID

If you forgot your login password, you can reset it by following these steps:

1. Go to the login page and click 'Forgot Password?'
2. Enter your registered email address
3. Check your email for a 6-digit verification code (valid for 5 minutes)
4. Enter the verification code and your new password to complete the reset

You can start your VPN trial with these steps:

1. Register an account on the official website or in any client
2. Sign in to your account in any client
3. Tap the switch button on the home page to start using the service

If you have an activation code, you can redeem it after logging in:

1. Log in to your account on the website or in the client.
2. Click My Account in the top-right corner, then choose Redeem activation code from the dropdown menu.
3. Enter the activation code and confirm the redemption.
4. After redemption succeeds, the corresponding package or benefit will be added to your account automatically.
5. If no success message appears, the activation code has already been used.
6. After activation, restart the app for the package or benefit to take effect.

VPN currently supports the following platforms:

• Android (phones and tablets)
• iOS (iPhone and iPad, requires a non-China App Store)
• macOS (supports both Intel and Apple Silicon chips)
• Windows (supports x64 architecture)

They control which traffic goes through VPN:

• Global Proxy sends most network traffic through VPN. Use it when you want all apps and websites to use the proxy connection.
• Smart Routing only proxies traffic that needs acceleration or access optimization. Local and directly reachable traffic stays on the original network, which is usually better for daily use.
• The built-in VPN rules cover most needs, and you can also add your own proxy rules.
