1. Definition

  1. "Our Company","us": refers to the operating entity that provides this service and its affiliates.
  2. "You" / "User": refers to an individual or organization that downloads, installs, or otherwise uses this service.

2. General Provisions

We adhere to the principles of "minimal collection, encrypted storage, strict usage guidelines, and transparent control":

  1. Do not collectContent viewed, DNS lookup, access timestamp, traffic destination.
  2. Only within the necessary scopeCollect the minimum data required for the service to operate and process it using zero-knowledge encryption or de-identification.


3. Information Collection and Use

We collect and encrypt the minimum amount of personally identifiable information that is transmitted when you connect to the accelerator, for the purpose of providing services and ensuring security. We will never sell, use, or disclose this information to any third party unless we obtain your explicit further consent or are required by law.


We will collect:

1. Connection Information: Device public IP address (with subnet mask), selected server ID, connection and disconnection times, and total daily traffic. Used to establish encrypted tunnels, balance server load, and test connection quality. Data will be automatically deleted after 24 hours.

2. Anonymous Diagnostic Logs: Crash logs, error codes, and anonymous performance metrics. Used to improve stability and troubleshoot problems. Data will be automatically deleted after 30 days.


We do not collect any personally identifiable information, such as browsing history, DNS queries, specific websites visited, contacts, photo albums, microphone input, or advertising logos. All data is stored in data centers located in the EU, and is encrypted using AES-256/GCM during transmission and at-rest storage, complying with GDPR and other relevant regulations.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

The website only uses necessary cookies (such as language preferences and login status) and anonymous analytics cookies. Applications can save settings cached; all of these can be cleared in the browser or system settings.


6. Information sharing

  1. Legal requirementsIf we receive a legally binding court order that is enforceable under local law, we can only provide the minimum information we have stored, and we will assess its legality beforehand and notify you to the extent possible.
  2. Corporate TransactionsIn the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, we will ensure that the receiving party is bound by this policy or obtains your consent again.


7. International data transmission

We use end-to-end encryption and transport layer encryption between proxy server nodes to ensure that data receives equivalent protection when crossing borders.
