Comment détecter le type de système ?

Pour vérifier si votre ordinateur Windows utilise un processeur x64, ARM64 ou x86 (32 bits) :

  1. Ouvrez l'outil d'information système. Appuyez sur Win + R, saisissez msinfo32, puis appuyez sur Entrée
  2. Allez dans Résumé du système → Type de système, vous verrez les informations d'architecture du système

Pour vérifier si votre Mac utilise un processeur Intel ou Apple Silicon :

  1. Cliquez sur l'icône Apple en haut à gauche de l'écran
  2. Sélectionnez "À propos de ce Mac"
  3. Dans la fenêtre qui s'affiche, vérifiez les informations "Puce ou Processeur". Si cela commence par Intel, c'est un processeur Intel, sinon c'est un Apple Silicon
La commande suivante doit être exécutée pour le package d'installation MAC :
sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /path/to/Drift.dmg
Impossible de fonctionner sous Windows

Message d'erreur : le fichier exécutable du proxy n'existe pas. Ou message : le fichier contient un virus ou un logiciel potentiellement indésirable. Solution :

Méthode 1 :

  1. Ouvrez 'Paramètres' → 'Confidentialité et sécurité' → 'Centre de sécurité Windows' → 'Protection contre les virus et menaces'
  2. Cliquez sur 'Gérer les paramètres'
  3. En bas, ajoutez ou supprimez des exclusions, et ajoutez le répertoire d'installation de Drift aux exclusions

Méthode 2 :

  1. Ouvrez 'Paramètres' → 'Confidentialité et sécurité' → 'Centre de sécurité Windows' → 'Protection contre les virus et menaces'
  2. Cliquez sur 'Gérer les paramètres'
  3. Désactivez la 'Protection en temps réel'
How to download on iOS

Due to policy reasons, DriftVPN is not available in the China App Store. You can download it by:

  1. You need a non-China Apple ID (e.g., US, Japan, Hong Kong, etc.)
  2. Switch to the non-China account in the App Store
  3. Search for 'DriftVPN' to find and download it
  4. If you don't have an overseas Apple ID, you can search online for tutorials on how to register a free overseas Apple ID

Forgot your password?

If you forgot your login password, you can reset it by following these steps:

  1. Go to the login page and click 'Forgot Password?'
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Check your email for a 6-digit verification code (valid for 5 minutes)
  4. Enter the verification code and your new password to complete the reset

Usage

How to start a trial

You can start your DriftVPN trial with these steps:

  1. Register an account on the official website or in any client
  2. Sign in to your account in any client
  3. Tap the switch button on the home page to start using the service
The current free trial traffic allowance is 600MB. This quota may change in the future based on operating policies. Please refer to the actual page display and the latest official information. DriftVPN reserves the right of final interpretation.
Supported devices/platforms

DriftVPN currently supports the following platforms:

  • Android (phones and tablets)
  • iOS (iPhone and iPad, requires a non-China App Store)
  • macOS (supports both Intel and Apple Silicon chips)
  • Windows (supports x64 architecture)
How many devices can be online simultaneously?

One account supports up to 3 devices online simultaneously. If the limit is exceeded, the earliest connected device will be automatically disconnected.
