Để xác nhận xem Mac của bạn có sử dụng bộ xử lý Intel hay Apple Silicon không:

1. Nhấp vào biểu tượng Apple ở góc trên bên trái màn hình
2. Chọn "Về máy Mac này"
3. Trong cửa sổ bật lên, kiểm tra thông tin "Chip hoặc Bộ xử lý". Nếu bắt đầu bằng Intel, đó là bộ xử lý Intel, nếu không thì là Apple Silicon

   After downloading the macOS installer, open the .dmg file and drag VPN into Applications.

   Open Launchpad or Spotlight, then search for and open Terminal.

   Paste the command below into Terminal and press Enter. Enter your Mac login password when prompted; characters will not appear while typing. Press Enter again when finished.

   sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Applications/DriftVPN.app

   After the command finishes, search for VPN or open it from Applications.

   If macOS still blocks the app, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway in the Security section. If it says the app is damaged, download the latest installer again and repeat the command above.

   

If you cannot open VPN on macOS, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to the Security section, and click Open Anyway.

Để xác nhận xem máy tính Windows của bạn có sử dụng bộ xử lý x64, ARM64 hay x86 (32 bit) không:

1. Mở công cụ thông tin hệ thống. Nhấn Win + R, gõ msinfo32 rồi nhấn Enter
2. Đi đến Tóm tắt hệ thống → Loại hệ thống, bạn sẽ thấy thông tin kiến trúc hệ thống

Nếu ứng dụng không thể kết nối sau khi khởi động trên Windows, thường do Tường lửa Windows Defender chặn nó. Giải pháp:

Phương pháp 1: Thêm ngoại lệ qua Control Panel

1. Nhấn Win + S và tìm kiếm: Control Panel
2. Vào: System and Security → Windows Defender Firewall
3. Bên trái, nhấp: Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall
4. Góc trên bên phải, nhấp: Change settings
5. Nhấp: Allow another app
6. Nhấp: Browse và chọn tệp .exe của bạn (đường dẫn mặc định: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\VPN\QingZhou.exe)
7. Sau khi thêm, chọn: Private và Public (nếu cần truy cập mạng bên ngoài)
8. Nhấp: OK

Phương pháp 2: Tạo quy tắc trong Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security

1. Nhấn Win + S, tìm 'Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security' và mở
2. Nhấp 'Inbound Rules' bên trái → nhấp 'New Rule' bên phải
3. Chọn: Program → Next
4. Chọn 'This program path', duyệt đến tệp .exe của bạn → Next
5. Chọn: Allow the connection → Next
6. Đánh dấu: Domain, Private, Public (thường là tất cả) → Next
7. Nhập tên (ví dụ: DriftVpn Inbound) → Finish
8. Lặp lại các bước cho 'Outbound Rules' (chọn 'Outbound Rules' bên trái; luồng tương tự)

You can download and install VPN for Android as follows:

1. Open the official download page and choose Android.
2. Download the Android installation package to your phone or tablet.
3. Open the downloaded APK file from your browser downloads or file manager.
4. If Android asks for permission to install unknown apps, allow it for the current browser or file manager, then continue the installation.

Some browsers or systems may save the APK file with a .zip extension. Handle it as follows:

1. Do not unzip the file.
2. Open the file manager and rename the downloaded file, changing the suffix from .zip to .apk.
3. Tap the renamed .apk file to install it.
4. If you cannot rename it, download it again or use another browser to download the APK.

Due to policy reasons, VPN is not available in the China App Store. You can download it by:

1. You need a non-China Apple ID (e.g., US, Japan, Hong Kong, etc.)
2. Switch to the non-China account in the App Store
3. Search for 'VPN' to find and download it
4. If you don't have an overseas Apple ID, you can search online for tutorials on how to register a free overseas Apple ID

If you forgot your login password, you can reset it by following these steps:

1. Go to the login page and click 'Forgot Password?'
2. Enter your registered email address
3. Check your email for a 6-digit verification code (valid for 5 minutes)
4. Enter the verification code and your new password to complete the reset

Hiện hỗ trợ các phương thức thanh toán sau:

1. Visa/Mastercard

Nếu cần hủy đăng ký, trước tiên hãy xác nhận bạn đã đăng ký qua nền tảng nào. Cách hủy khác nhau tùy nền tảng, và gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng không tự động hủy đăng ký.

1. Đăng ký qua Website chính thức

   Các bước:

   1. Truy cập website chính thức và đăng nhập tài khoản từ góc trên bên phải.
   2. Sau khi đăng nhập, nhấp vào "Tài khoản – Gói & Thanh toán" ở góc trên bên phải.
   3. Nhấp vào nút Quản lý bên cạnh thông tin gói của bạn.
   4. Hủy đăng ký trên trang Stripe.

2. iOS

   Nếu đăng ký qua App Store trên iPhone hoặc iPad, hãy hủy qua Apple:

   1. Mở Cài đặt trên iPhone hoặc iPad.
   2. Nhấn vào tên tài khoản Apple ở trên cùng.
   3. Nhấn Đăng ký.
   4. Chọn đăng ký VPN.
   5. Nhấn Hủy đăng ký.

   Nếu bạn dùng thiết bị iOS nhưng đã đăng ký qua website chính thức, hãy làm theo các bước "Đăng ký qua Website chính thức" ở trên.

3. Android

   Đăng ký Android ngoài Google Play được xử lý qua Stripe. Xem "Đăng ký qua Website chính thức" ở trên để hủy.

4. Android – Google Play

   Nếu đăng ký qua Google Play, hãy hủy qua Google Play:

   1. Mở Google Play.
   2. Nhấn vào biểu tượng hồ sơ góc trên bên phải.
   3. Vào Thanh toán & đăng ký.
   4. Nhấn Đăng ký.
   5. Chọn đăng ký VPN.
   6. Nhấn Hủy đăng ký và làm theo hướng dẫn.

5. Mac

   Đăng ký Mac ngoài Mac App Store được xử lý qua Stripe. Xem "Đăng ký qua Website chính thức" ở trên để hủy.

6. Mac – App Store

   Nếu đăng ký qua Mac App Store, hãy hủy qua Apple:

   1. Mở App Store trên Mac.
   2. Nhấp vào tên tài khoản.
   3. Nhấp vào Cài đặt tài khoản.
   4. Tìm Đăng ký và nhấp Quản lý.
   5. Chọn đăng ký VPN.
   6. Nhấp Hủy đăng ký.

7. Windows

   Xem "Đăng ký qua Website chính thức" ở trên để hủy.

You can start your VPN trial with these steps:

1. Register an account on the official website or in any client
2. Sign in to your account in any client
3. Tap the switch button on the home page to start using the service

If you have an activation code, you can redeem it after logging in:

1. Log in to your account on the website or in the client.
2. Click My Account in the top-right corner, then choose Redeem activation code from the dropdown menu.
3. Enter the activation code and confirm the redemption.
4. After redemption succeeds, the corresponding package or benefit will be added to your account automatically.
5. If no success message appears, the activation code has already been used.
6. After activation, restart the app for the package or benefit to take effect.

VPN currently supports the following platforms:

• Android (phones and tablets)
• iOS (iPhone and iPad, requires a non-China App Store)
• macOS (supports both Intel and Apple Silicon chips)
• Windows (supports x64 architecture)

They control which traffic goes through VPN:

• Global Proxy sends most network traffic through VPN. Use it when you want all apps and websites to use the proxy connection.
• Smart Routing only proxies traffic that needs acceleration or access optimization. Local and directly reachable traffic stays on the original network, which is usually better for daily use.
• The built-in VPN rules cover most needs, and you can also add your own proxy rules.

   Trên trang Cài đặt, bật công tắc chế độ định tuyến thông minh rồi nhấn «Chuyển ngay» để kích hoạt.

   Sau khi bật, bạn có thể chuyển giữa «Proxy toàn cục» và «Định tuyến thông minh» trên trang chủ.

   Sau khi bật chế độ định tuyến thông minh, trang «Quy tắc định tuyến» sẽ xuất hiện trong phần Cài đặt.

   Ở góc trên bên phải của trang «Quy tắc định tuyến», nhấn nút «+» để thêm quy tắc mới và nhấn nút «?» để xem cách viết quy tắc. Mỗi nhóm quy tắc đều có thể được bật hoặc tắt bằng công tắc riêng.

   

If you are already using a proxy tool like Clash, you can use DriftVPN as a front-end proxy and then connect to your residential IP proxy as the final exit. This is suited for advanced users who need to "first establish a connection through DriftVPN, then access the target website via a residential IP".

The default local proxy port for DriftVPN is 9527 . If that port is already in use by another program, the client will automatically try the next port, such as 9528、9529. When configuring, please use the local proxy port currently shown in the client (check the port number at the bottom of the VPN settings page after a successful connection).

Using a Clash / Mihomo client that supports proxy chaining as an example, you can configure it as follows:

Notes:

1. The residential IP proxy information above needs to be replaced with the actual address, port, username, and password provided by your service provider.
2. If the local proxy port currently shown in DriftVPN is not 9527, please change the port in the configuration to the actual port.
3. The type of your residential IP proxy should be filled in according to the protocol provided by your service provider. Common values are http or socks5.
4. Support for proxy chaining varies across different Clash clients. If the configuration does not work, please confirm that the current client core supports the relay type proxy group.
5. This usage is suited for advanced users familiar with Clash configuration. Regular users are recommended to use the built-in Global Proxy or Smart Routing in the DriftVPN client.

You can choose a route based on your current use case:

1. For daily use, if you do not care about latency, any route is fine.
2. If latency matters, choose a node that is geographically closer to you.
3. If you need to access websites or services with IP region restrictions, such as region-exclusive streaming content, choose a node in the corresponding country or region.
