Welcome to DriftVPN (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "this Service"). Please read the following agreement carefully before using this Service. By using our Service, you agree to all terms of this Agreement.


1. Service Content

  1. Provides encrypted tunnel to protect network traffic and hide real IP.
  2. Provide multi-platform clients and customer service support.
  3. Server locations, protocols, and features may vary by region, device, or plan.


2. Account and Use

  1. You must comply with applicable laws and must not use the Service to engage in illegal activities.
  2. You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Your account is for your own use only/authorized employees and may not be transferred, shared or lent.
  3. If you encounter any billing issues, please contact us within 30 days of the billing date. Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of the charges.
  4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service for violation of this Agreement.
  5. You can cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting customer service.
  6. If you materially breach these Terms, we may immediately suspend or terminate the Services without any obligation to refund.


3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

  1. Conduct any illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, or malicious activity;
  2. Send spam, conduct distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks, or distribute malware;
  3. Engage in copyright piracy or other intellectual property infringement;
  4. Mining, airport/node resale, or other uses beyond the scope of normal personal/business traffic;
  5. Attempt to breach, circumvent or test the security mechanisms of the Service.

We reserve the right to limit, disconnect, or suspend accounts for abnormal traffic and decide whether to issue a full or partial refund based on the severity of the incident.

5. Disclaimer

  1. The service is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee that it will meet your specific requirements or be error-free or uninterrupted.
  2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.


6. Payment, Automatic Renewal and Refunds

Qingzhou provides two payment methods: "single purchase" and "subscription" (the methods provided may vary slightly depending on the platform). You can choose the payment method that suits you to use our paid services.


"Single purchase" packages will be automatically canceled after the service period. Packages purchased using the "subscription system" will automatically renew at the end of each service period and will be charged again according to the payment method you selected, unless you decide to cancel automatic payment before automatic renewal. By entering your payment details, you agree to automatic renewal. We will notify you of automatic renewal in advance by email (if more than one month). You can manually turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the expiration of the package. For users who subscribe on the web, after logging in, click on the Mailbox > Package & Billing page in the upper right corner of the official website to manage your subscription. Users who subscribe through the Apple platform can manage your subscription in the device's Settings > Apple Account > Subscription page.


Before your current subscription expires, we may pre-authorize the credit card you provide. This may involve temporarily debiting a small, nominal fee to verify the validity of your payment method. Once verification is complete, the amount will be immediately reversed and will not appear as a formal transaction on your account. This ensures that you can continue to use our services without interruption and confirms that your payment method remains valid for future billing cycles.


Your satisfaction is always our top priority. If you decide to stop using our paid services, you can request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. We will refund you based on the proportion of days you haven't used your subscription. We sincerely hope to resolve your issue before you cancel your subscription. If you upgrade to a different plan within 30 days of your initial purchase, you will not be able to get a refund. Qingzhou reserves the right to verify the validity of your account information and may suspend or postpone the refund process until verification is completed.


Generally, you will not be eligible for a refund if more than 30 days have passed since you purchased the Service. However, in certain circumstances, we may, at our discretion, grant a refund after 30 days if you can demonstrate that the Service you purchased was unusable or inaccessible and you have made reasonable attempts to contact us to resolve the issue. In such cases, we may refund a pro-rata portion of the fees you paid for the period during which you were unable to use or access the Service.


Qingzhou reserves the right to adjust the price of "single purchase" or "subscription" services from time to time and will notify you in advance of any changes. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, if you continue to use the service after the changes take effect, you will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the updated prices and terms.


The fees charged by Qingzhou do not include any taxes. However, we may calculate and charge corresponding taxes or duties at the time of your purchase in accordance with applicable laws, including but not limited to value-added tax, goods and services tax, and other relevant statutory taxes.


You have the right to delete your account at any time, however, no refund will be given for the unused portion of the service period of the deleted account.


If you violate this Agreement, we have the right to terminate your account without refund.


7. Indemnification

If a third party claims claims arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law, you agree to indemnify the Company and its employees, directors, and agents for reasonable attorneys’ fees, liquidated damages, and other losses.
