Welcome to DriftVPN (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "this Service"). Please read the following agreement carefully before using this Service. By using our Service, you agree to all the terms of this Agreement.
1. Service Content
- Provides encrypted tunnels to protect network traffic and hide the real IP address.
- Provides multi-platform clients andLimited customer support.
- Server nodes, protocols, and features may vary by region, device, or package.
2. Account and Usage
- You must comply with applicable laws and may not use this service for illegal activities.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password. The account is for your personal use or authorized employees only and may not be transferred, shared or lent.
- If you encounter any billing issues, please contact us within 30 days of the billing date. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance of the charges.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any violation of this agreement.
- You can unsubscribe and delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting customer service.
- If you seriously violate these terms, we may immediately suspend or terminate the service without any obligation to refund.
- Free trial packages are available, but abuse will result in the cancellation of the trial privilege.
3. Customer Support and Scope
- We provide users with basic customer support services, including account, order, subscription, and specific service exceptions.
- Since network services are affected by various factors such as the user's local network environment, device configuration, operating system, operator policies, and third-party software, related issues are not within the scope of this service and must be investigated and resolved by the user.
- Issues such as speed, latency, stability, and access to specific websites or applications are subjective experiences or environmental differences and should not be considered as service quality issues or grounds for after-sales processing.
- We reserve the right to refuse to process or limit the frequency of support for requests that fail to provide the necessary information, are repetitive, or are clearly irrelevant to the service.
- We reserve the right to adjust the scope of customer support, response methods, and service strategies based on actual operational circumstances.
4. Prohibited Behaviors
You may not use this service:
- To engage in any illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, or malicious activities;
- Sending spam, launching distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or spreading malware;
- Engaging in copyright piracy or other acts that infringe intellectual property rights;
- Mining, reselling airports/nodes, or other uses that exceed the normal range of personal/business traffic;
- Attempts to break, bypass, or test the security mechanisms of this service.
We reserve the right to throttle, disconnect, or suspend accounts for abnormal traffic and to determine whether to provide a full or partial refund depending on the severity of the issue.

6. Disclaimer
- This service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will meet your specific needs, nor do we guarantee that the service will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this service.
- The platform reserves the right to adjust, restrict, or cancel free trial data based on operational needs.
- The official team reserves the right to adjust, change, or take offline server nodes (including but not limited to number, region, line type, and availability) based on actual operating conditions without prior notice.
7. Payment, Auto-Renewal and Refund Policy
7.1 Payment Method
Qingzhou offers two payment methods: "single purchase" and "subscription" (depending on the platform you use). You can choose the appropriate method to use this service.
7.2 Automatic Renewal Instructions
The subscription service will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle and will be charged automatically according to your chosen payment method, unless you cancel the automatic renewal before renewing.
By entering your payment information and completing your subscription, you agree to the automatic renewal terms.
🔧 Cancel auto-renewal
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. The cancellation process for different payment methods is as follows:
💳 Subscribe via credit card (Visa / Mastercard, etc.) (on the official website)
- Log in to your account
- Click the email icon in the upper right corner → Go to the "Packages and Bills" page
- Select "Cancel auto-renewal" in your current subscription.
After successful cancellation, the currently paid service period can still be used, and automatic charges will cease upon expiration.

⏰ Cancellation Time Instructions
To avoid incurring charges in the next billing cycle, please complete the cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
If you do not cancel within the aforementioned timeframe, the system may have initiated a renewal request, and the fee will be carried over to the next cycle.
📩 Renewal Reminder
If your subscription period exceeds one month, we may send you a reminder email before renewal (if applicable).
⚠️ Additional Notes
If you encounter any problems during the cancellation process, you can submit a support ticket through customer service channels, and we will provide assistance within reasonable limits.
However, fees incurred due to failure to cancel automatic renewal in a timely manner are generally non-refundable (unless otherwise stipulated by law).
7.3 Pre-licensing Instructions
To ensure the validity of your payment method, we may perform a small pre-authorization verification on your payment method. This amount will not be charged as an actual transaction and will be automatically released after verification.
🧪 7.4 Trial Instructions
To help users assess service compatibility, Qingzhou provides new users with a certain amount of trial data (e.g., about 600MB).
We recommend that you thoroughly test the service's actual performance under your network environment, equipment conditions, and usage scenarios before purchasing.
Given that network services are greatly affected by the network environment in the user's location, operator policies, and equipment differences, the trial experience will be an important reference for you to decide whether to purchase.
💰 7.5 Refund Policy (within 30 days)
We offer a limited refund guarantee, butThis does not constitute an unconditional refund promise..
You can request a refund within 30 days of your first purchase, but the following conditions must be met:
✅ Refundable under the following conditions (all conditions must be met)
- The service is experiencing persistent anomalies, resulting in inability to connect or near-total unavailability.
- The issue was verified to be a server-side problem.
- The user has cooperated with basic troubleshooting (including node replacement, environment testing, etc.).
- The usage is within a reasonable range.
⚠️ Usage Instructions
To ensure fair use, account usage (including but not limited to data consumption and usage duration) will be an important factor in the refund review process.
For example, when the account has generated high traffic usage (If it is close to or exceeds approximately 20GBThis usually indicates that the service has already been consumed and may no longer be eligible for a refund.
❌ Refunds are not supported.
- The service is working properly.
- Subjective user experience issues (such as speed, latency, lag, etc.)
- Problems caused by user network environment, equipment or operator
- Peak network fluctuations
- Failure to cooperate with basic investigation
- Package changes or duplicate purchases have occurred.
💵 Refund Processing Method
- Eligible refunds will be calculated based on a reasonable percentage of the unused period.
- Each user is typically only allowed one refund request.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase.
🧾 Payment Channel Explanation
- For orders purchased through the App Store or Google Play, refunds will be processed according to the respective platform's rules.
- Orders paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard, etc.) will be refunded via the original payment method.
- Orders completed through third-party payment platforms may not be refundable via the original payment method due to payment channel restrictions. If the order meets the refund requirements, we will provide alternative processing methods (such as account balance, service extension, or other forms) within a reasonable scope.
🔍 Verification Rights Explanation
We reserve the right to verify account usage, connection records, and any abnormal situations, and may suspend processing refund requests until verification is complete.
Whether a refund is ultimately granted will be determined based on the verification results.

Refund requests are generally no longer supported after 30 days from the date of purchase.
⚖️ 7.7 Legal and Service Description
This service is a digital content/web service. Once the service is activated or started, it is considered to have commenced service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may no longer have the right of unconditional rescission after the commencement of the service.
However, this clause does not affect any of your statutory rights under applicable law.
💷 7.8 Tax and Fee Explanation
All prices exclude tax by default. You may be required to pay applicable taxes (such as VAT) in accordance with local laws.
👤 Account terminated on July 9th
You can delete your account at any time, but the portion of the service already provided is usually non-refundable.
If your account is terminated due to a breach of this agreement, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
This clause does not affect consumer rights as provided by applicable law.
💡 Price Adjustment on July 10th
We reserve the right to adjust service prices and will provide reasonable notice before any changes are made. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated content.
8. Referral Rebate & Partner Program
The applicable conditions, rebate rates, disbursement times, settlement methods, and other relevant rules for the regular user referral rebate program and the partner referral rebate program may be adjusted from time to time based on business development, operational strategies, or legal and regulatory requirements. The latest rules, activity pages, cooperation agreements, or notices published by the platform at that time shall prevail.
Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, this platform reserves the right to the final interpretation of the above-mentioned referral rebate program and related rules.
9. Compensation
If any third-party claim arises as a result of your breach of these Terms or applicable law, you agree to indemnify the Company and its employees, directors, agents, and other relevant parties for reasonable attorneys' fees, penalties, and other losses.
