Welcome to use Qingzhou Accelerator (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "this service"). Please read the following agreement carefully before using this service. By using our Services, you agree to all terms of this Agreement.


1. Service content

  1. Provides encrypted tunnels to protect network traffic and hide real IP.
  2. Provide multi-platform client and customer service support.
  3. Server nodes, protocols, and functions may vary by region, device, or package.


2. Account and use

  1. You must abide by applicable laws and shall not use this service to engage in illegal activities.
  2. You are responsible for the security of your account and password. The account is only for use by you/authorized employees and may not be transferred, shared or loaned.
  3. If you encounter billing problems, please contact us within 30 days of the billing date. If the deadline is overdue, it will be deemed to be accepted.
  4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Services due to breach of this Agreement.
  5. You can unsubscribe and delete your account at any time through the app or contact customer service.
  6. If you have serious breach of these Terms, we may immediately suspend or terminate the service and have no obligation to refund.


3. Prohibited behavior

You may not use this service:

  1. engaging in any illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent or malicious activities;
  2. Send spam, distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks, or spread malware;
  3. engaging in copyright piracy or other acts of infringement of intellectual property rights;
  4. Mining, airport/node resale or other purposes beyond the normal personal/enterprise traffic range;
  5. Try to destroy, bypass or test the security mechanism of this service.

We reserve the right to limit speed, disconnect or suspend account for abnormal traffic, and decide whether to refund in full or partially based on the severity.

5. Disclaimer

  1. This service is provided as "as is" and we do not guarantee that it will meet your specific needs or be completely error-free and uninterrupted.
  2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.


6. Payment, automatic renewal and refund

Qingzhou offers two payment methods: "single purchase" and "subscribe" (the method may vary slightly depending on the platform), and you can choose the payment method that suits you to use our paid services.


The "Single Purchase" package will be automatically cancelled after the end of the service period. The package purchased using the "Subscription" will be automatically renewed at the end of each service period, and will be charged again according to the payment method you choose unless you decide to cancel the automatic payment before it is automatically renewed. By entering your payment details, you agree to the automatic renewal. We will notify you in advance of automatic renewal by email (if more than one month). You can manually turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the package expires. Users who subscribe on the web page, log in and manage your subscription in the upper right corner of the official website and click the Email > Plans and Billing page. Users who subscribe through the Apple platform can manage your subscriptions from the device's Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions page.


We may perform pre-authorization on the credit card you provide before your current plan subscription expires. This may include a temporary deduction of a nominal small fee to verify that your payment method is valid. Once the verification is completed, the amount will be revoked immediately and will not appear in your account as a formal transaction. This move is designed to ensure that you can continue to use our services without interruption and confirm that your payment method remains valid for future billing cycles.


We always regard your satisfaction as our top priority. If you decide to stop using our paid services, you can request a refund within 30 days of your first purchase and we will make a refund based on the number of days you haven’t used the package. Within 30 days of first purchase of the package, if you upgrade to another package, you will not be refunded. Qingzhou reserves the right to verify the validity of account information and may suspend or postpone the refund process before the verification is completed.


Normally, you will not be able to apply for a refund after purchasing this service for more than 30 days. However, in certain circumstances, if you can prove that the purchased service is unavailable or inaccessible and you have reasonably tried to contact us to resolve the issue, we may decide at our discretion whether to give a refund after more than 30 days. In this case, we may refund you a prorated fee for any payment you have not been able to use or access the Services.


Qingzhou has the right to adjust the prices of "single purchase" or "subscription" services from time to time and will notify you in advance before the change. According to relevant laws and regulations, if you continue to use this service after the change takes effect, you will be deemed to agree to and accept the updated prices and terms.


The fees charged by Qingzhou do not include any taxes. However, we may calculate and add corresponding taxes or tariffs at your purchase in accordance with applicable laws, including but not limited to VAT, Goods and Services Tax, and other related statutory taxes and fees.


You have the right to delete your account at any time, however, no refund will be given for the unused portion of the deleted account during the service period.


In the event of breach of this Agreement, we have the right to terminate your account and will not refund.


7. Compensation

If a third party claim is caused by your breach of these Terms or applicable laws, you agree to indemnify the Company and its employees, directors and agents of reasonable attorneys' fees, liquidated damages and other losses.
